Ingredients
Each 5 gm sachet of ENO powder contains:

Sodium Bicarbonate: 2.277 gm
Citric Acid: 2.155 gm
Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous: 0.5 gm
Sodium Carbonate Decahydrate, Lime Flavour, Lemon Flavour, Saccharin Sodium, Speckfree Green.

Suggested Usage
For Adults and Children aged 12 years and over:

Dissolve 1 sachet of ENO, or one teaspoon of powder (5 gm) in a glass of water (150 ml) and drink up.
Minimum dosing interval: 2 hours.
Wait 2-3 hours before taking a second dose.
Do Not consumer more than 2 times a day.
Do Not take for more than 14 days.
